Chad Byers Named Outstanding Director by the Philadelphia Business Journal

Managing Partner Chad Byers has been named an Outstanding Director by the Philadelphia Business Journal, for his service on the board of Hillside Acquisitions Group LLC . Byers and his two partners acquired the company in April 2014. Byers was instrumental in the implementation of a new ERP system as well as investments in technology, infrastructure and equipment. Additionally, he contributed to the construction of a website, marketing materials and updated branding, as well as new jobs at the company. He also reorganized the business’ banking relationship and created a holding company structure so that Hillside and AMS could be split into separate entities. Most recently, he enabled the acquisition of Alyan Pumps LLC by the holding company; the complete unit has nearly tripled in value inside of two years.

The Philadelphia Business Journal honored the 2016 Outstanding Directors Awards winners at a black-tie reception and banquet Feb. 23 evening at the Union League of Philadelphia.
